Jimmy Cruz was born in Brooklyn, New York, His family decided to move to Houston Texas when he was 2 years old and that is where he spent most of his childhood years. His family decided to move to Cape Coral Florida in 1992. Having lived in SW Florida for the last 16 years he has enjoyed being a witness to the wonderful development of South West Florida.
Jimmy has been in the mortgage business with Meridian Mortgage Financial for the last two and a half years.

 Prior to the mortgage business, Jimmy was an Real Estate Attorney's assistant giving him even more knowledge needed for the local real estate market. Jimmy Cruz’s main goal is to strive for exceptional customer service by using his mortgage knowledge along with being able to speak both English and Spanish. He will always treat his clients with dignity, honesty and respect since they put all of their trust in him. He hopes to build client business relationships that will last forever.
